The main services for BHES are power generation, water activities, and transport engineering with related activities that include the supply and delivery of equipment associated with these services.
BHES focuses on project development that leads to the construction of the infrastructure. We work on turnkey projects that include advisory services, pre-feasibility study, and full feasibility study leading to the engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Maintenance by BHES is part of the service that guarantees the customer the proper functioning of the infrastructure was constructed.
Embedded into our services is the Project management service. We plan, organize, secure, and manage resources to achieve specific project goals. We become instrumental in the project management process by ensuring the project goals are achieved.

BHES will initially focus on the following regions:
South African Development Community (SADEC)
Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA)
Economic Community for West African States (ECOWAS)
In the future, BHES plans to move towards the northern African economic communities, including CEN-SAD, EAC, IGAD and UMA.
We will perform engineering work for many entities and types of clients, both in the private and public sectors. These include:
state-owned entities, government agencies, and municipalities
industrial and commercial companies
large international engineering firms
BHES performs engineering work for the groups listed above in various ways. State–owned entities and government agencies hire BHES for major projects such as building a new facility or structure. Municipalities hire BHES on a project-per-project basis to handle engineering-related tender projects and services as they come up in the jurisdiction. BHES, now and again, work with trusted engineering partners and subcontractors. BHES will handle all primary plant requirements in a turnkey project whilst secondary plants might be given to local partners in the region where we operate. Our operations include supplying and delivering project-related equipment even if BHES will not physically run that particular project.
